What Biz Fear Are You Saying is Bigger Than God 😳

This is cool title right?! I can't take credit for the title sis, it's an awesome phrase I quoted from our May 2023 Mother's Day sermon given by Pastor Holly Furtick, First Lady Elevation Church; and you already know I'm going to recommend you watch it >>Sudden Strength>> so you can see why I call this is my church home.

But, the reason I decided to use it as a title for this post is because it perfectly sums up what I've been teaching women in business (including myself 🤣) daily about facing biz fears...the closer we get to being in alignment with our purpose and God's plan and the enemy sees he can't get bother our focus; the more he'll try to figure out other ways (people) to attack our peace from different angles. I've been saying it (living it) for years; sometimes being a Christian woman in business is extra hard. Can I keep it real with ya sista...Yes we get the favor, grace and mercy- but there's a whole lot of hot ass mess sprinkled in there too 🙄

Here's the Thing About Biz Fears...

Facing biz fears (obstacles, adversity, challenges) that deal with your professional brand are not easy but, you can simply call on biz bestie to help you strategically face it.

But, when it comes to dealing with biz fears affecting our personal brand ie kids unexpectedly sick at school, spouse jealous of your success, marriages, deaths, breakups, etc. aka the things that affect our mental and emotional capacity (work-life balance) gurl we loose it.

What I often find in christian female entrepreneurs  that first hire me to help them face their biz fears is that they forget to implement my #1 biz principle; activate your Strong Spiritual Foundation.

Regardless if you're dealing with a professional or personal brand biz fear always remember; there is NO biz fear too big for GOD and he will not allow the enemy to do anything to you that he did not know about and even the really bad things ie breakups, death, etc. God will use for good for his glory to bless you and he will be with you along with Jesus and the Holy Spirit during the hot ass mess sis!

It's Normal to Be in Your Feelings Sista!

Sis, I know we're Christians but, we're also half human. So when something crazy happens; it's normal to flip out because we're human. But as you deal with the madness; cry gurl cry! But then, stand strong on God's promises, pray all the time, give gratitude to the Lord for past wins, rely on your spiritual support system, take time off, take a spiritual peace journey and stay focused working on your purpose!

Listen, I'm not saying that it won't be difficult and challenging dealing with the biz fear you're dealing with at home and trying to do the work thing at the same time; it's hard but it's also POSSIBLE!

" 2 When thou passest through the waters, I will be with thee; and through the rivers, they shall not overflow thee: when thou walkest through the fire, thou shalt not be burned; neither shall the flame kindle upon thee.

3 For I am the Lord thy God, the Holy One of Israel, thy Saviour: I gave Egypt for thy ransom, Ethiopia and Seba for thee. Isaiah 43:2-3"

Here's My Inside Secret...

Life is going to be full of crazy behind problems that will detract your attention from your purpose.

This is the EXACT reason I created my Girls Trip to Peace to remind my spiritual sisters🤣 (really remind myself too) that they will get through this and even if the situation doesn't resolve as you want...

Remember, we are women of faith and that "Something Good is Coming From This!" another awesome Pastor Holly quote that I built an entire bible study plan on inside our Girls Trip to Peace.

So the question I have for you sis right now is not if you're gonna cry, worry, have anxiety attacks and all of the things; Sidenote: there is nothing wrong with off,on,off, on cries either!

But the real question I have for ya sista is how long are you gonna keep doing those things (which is literally telling God the biz fear is bigger than he is?)

Let This Be of Comfort to You...

Psalm 34 reminds us that God will deal with all of our troubles aka biz fears, crazy people and hot ass mess situations that distract us from our biz purpose (even the problems we love like our spouses and kiddos).

God tells us in that passage that he will take care of those biz fears for us because we are faithful, believe and do what is right; even while facing the biz fears.

So What's Next?

Believe on the grace from God🙏🏽 to get you through day by day ( in my case literally min by min.) God tells us that his grace is sufficient for all of our needs; so that includes the biz fear you're worried about right now beautiful!

Here's my challenge for you sis; the day after you experience the biz fear. Pray to the Lord about this situation for him to give you the wisdom, confidence and strength to move through the biz fear, learn from the biz fear and help you give yourself grace.

Then I want you to practice gratitude for a time that God previously brought you through that you thought was impossible but, God made a way for it to be POSSIBLE!

After that, think of a way to make this situation you're in right now possible and take that to God in pray again and while you wait on his answer; gurl pray and praise until God sends you a way to make it POSSIBLE!

Dear Lord, Sometimes my biz fears are not biz related but instead; things from my life like my family or personal doubts. And these can feel really hard for me to deal with as I'm trying to focus on my business purpose. But God, I know that all of my business fears are no match for you and you are BIGGER than all of my fears. So today, I'm giving you every single big and small biz fear that has come across my way from both my professional and personal brand Lord. I put all of my trust in your that your will be done and all of these biz fears will be turned into miracles for my  success and they give you glory in Jesus name I pray Amen.
