Wondering how us Christian female entrepreneurs face biz fear?

2 Corinthians 12: 9-10, "9 And he said unto me, My grace is sufficient for thee: for my strength is made perfect in weakness. Most gladly therefore will I rather glory in my infirmities, that the power of Christ may rest upon me. 10 Therefore I take pleasure in infirmities, in reproaches, in necessities, in persecutions, in distresses for Christ’s sake: for when I am weak, then am I strong."

I've recently been featured in 5+ national publications in the last month which is I gotta say is pretty cool. Who knew cleaning your home could help clean your business too?

Me, 🤣 I did! It's time to break down the myth that spring cleaning is just for the home so go read one of those articles. This could change everything when it comes to wellness survival not just in the home but for working women becoming successful in their businesses.

So yea, I'd be off my purpose if I didn't write a little something something for all of my Christian female entrepreneurs addressing spring cleaning from a spiritual standpoint; because that's even more important for us than the industry standard of biz organization sis.

I don't know about you but as for me; it could be this new stupid menopause hot flashes which I have yet to find the positive 🤣 but, when I'm scattered brain and all over the place -not in flow and feeling overwhelmed and rushed to finish tasks; that's when I know I need to take a minute to relax and refocus on my purpose

But, it also reminds me to ask myself if what I'm doing has the Holy Trinity in it.

Often times when I feel myself getting unorganized and falling down a rabbit hole away from peace I have to remind myself to hop back into my peace (SIDENOTE: peace never leaves us- I believe it was given to us by God and the only reason we feel out of peace is because we leave peace).

Back to spiritual cleaning, because I could talk about peace all day sis...

In 2020, I had some bad things happen like most people (not going there right now🙄) but, I also had some good things happen. For instance, God gave me this unbelievable gift of painting when I started my spiritual peace journey which led to me creating this amazing Girls Trip to Peace spiritual coaching program. This is literally a huge life saver that helps me build my relationship with Lord stronger and it helps me breathe away all the stresses of my Boss Babe life.

I also built my first home from the ground up. And, I bought all new appliances I lovingly refer to as palace jewelry to include this fancy new washing machine that gurl...it has all these digital bells and whistles that to this day I still don't know how to use them 🤣

Well one day I was trying to clean one of my many paint rags that had older paint stains that just wouldn't come out. Gurl, when I tell you that I was aggressively scrubbing but nothing happened, gurl? Then I thought to myself; why am I doing all of this work when I have this palace jewelry (washer).

So, I tossed all of my old rags in my palace jewelry, selected a wash setting, prayed it worked, walked out to my patio to watch TV on my Ipad and didn't give it another thought. I sat out there and enjoyed my beautiful new backyard; watching cardinals fly around my yard and onto my porch.

It wasn't until I heard the little song my washer makes did I realize the laundry was done; I literally sat out there enjoying my peace and forgot all about the scrubbing I was trying earlier and the stains I thought were unremovable.

And then it hit me...

When we feel overwhelmed with all the peace stealers from our female entrepreneurship journey, crazy butt friends, coo-coo clients and worsome family members..you gotta toss 'em to God.

Just like my old rags, toss those peace stealers to God, pray about them and then hop back into your spiritual peace journey; that's what I call your faith flex (taking action toward your prayer.) You already know as Christians, what we do never looks the same way as non-believers; but it makes perfect sense to us.

Scrubbing those rags until my hands were aching only reminded me I needed something stronger and better built to handle those stains for me. Gurl, when it comes to your NON-EXISTENT organization, biz fears and peace stealers...your palace jewelry washer is God.

Give God all of your biz fears, peace stealers and acknowledge to him that you can't do this without him and you are giving him complete control. It's gonna be hard but, I find what helps me is using one of my spiritual peace journey activities to help me refocus on God, give gratitude and identify why I need to trust in him (because what I did up to that point hasn't worked so why not trust God?)

Now here's the best part...

Not all of the stains came out of some of the rags. And guess what, I'm OK with that because it reminds me of what a fun time I had painting....sometimes it reminds me of all of the useless scrubbing I did too so I know what to avoid in the future as I'm painting new masterpieces and guess what:

(I'm still grateful: not for the experienced but, for the lesson)

You gotta do the same with God. Let God clean your rags too. He can't clean them unless you give them to him. And don't forget while you're asking God to clean your rags to ask him too clean the inside of you too; pray he helps you understand how to use your dirty rags. Even if your peace stealers don't fully disappear ie. can't get rid of family most times be grateful for the lesson it teaches you so you can help others understand how to toss their rags too.

And that's what you have to do beautiful...

Remind yourself that your God is bigger than any biz fear that pops up. Stay in your bible sista wearing that full armor of God so when a biz fear does arise and doesn't turn out the way you thought it would; remember that God will still use it for his glory to take you to something even better!

Here's what I know to be true about Impossible to Possible women, they can't live in faith and fear consistently. It's human nature to experience a lack of faith, but the Holy Spirit will help guide you back so you can start believing in God's promises and trusting him again.

Pray to God everyday to give you the wisdom, confidence, strength and victory over all of your biz fears. Ask God to enable you to feel his love and peace as you wait to hear the Holy Spirit guide you on how to use your gifts and purpose appropriately in accordance with God's plan.

As long as you keep God at the center of your Spiritual Peace Journey, keep it consistent, private and intimate between you, God, Jesus and the Holy Spirit; you’ll do just fine.

You have a choice to make today beautiful

Either still say you can't and don't believe in yourself and God's plan OR say you can trust the Lord, activate your faith and identify the biz fear that is trying to keep you from going from Dream Chaser to Achiever and crush it!

You'll Do Just Fine!

As long as you keep God at the center of your journey, keep it consistent, private and intimate between you, God, Jesus and the Holy Spirit.
